It's through calming and centering your body, mind, and soul that you can sift through the noise of everyday life and unearth the truest parts of yourself. Just like a compass, the greater stillness you can reach, the less shaky your direction.
The best way to find that stillness is to approach it holistically, which is why my methodology integrates psychology, Kundalini yoga, and meditation to help you arrive at a place of clarity and purpose.

Your true self
Like a built-in compass, your soul can also be thought of as intuition, or innate wisdom. It’s the current that runs through and directs your life. We’ll work together to develop tools that help you integrate it into your daily life, where it can help guide and support you.

We all experience times of anxiety or stress due to our everyday life challenges. While these are normal responses, when our stress levels get too high, they can be detrimental to our health. This program will empower you to reduce stress, take practical actions to reduce anxiety, and develop a curious and empowered relationship with your feelings, so they can serve as guides rather than emotional blocks. We invest in our bodies by going to the gym; this program is like mental and emotional fitness.
Clarity and creativity:
Do you want more clarity over what next steps to take in your personal or professional life? Do you feel creatively blocked? This program will help you connect to your creative genius. I’ll help you develop clarity of mind and generate creative flow and inspiration.
Mindfulness :
Are you ready to turn off your automatic way of living and start living a more intentional life? There is growing evidence of the benefits that mindfulness has for your mental and physical health. This program will teach you numerous mindfulness skills that you can apply in your everyday life to reduce stress, improve emotion regulation and foster resiliency.
You can choose between 3 or 6 months packages, which include:
